It’s not just an advertising claim, it’s the truth. The Office of Renewable Energy Regulator (ORER), is the government statutory authority which rates the energy saving of a system by assigning Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). |

Simply put, each REC assigned to a system is the equivalent of
1000 kilowatts of energy saved - in practice this means that the
higher the RECs value, the more energy you’ll be saving. ORER’s register of solar hot water heaters list EcoSmart Roof Mounted, Heat Pump and Electric Boosted systems as having one of the highest RECs against comparable systems - and that means more savings for you.
